Apologies, but our seamless switchover to BT's VOIP hasn't gone as smoothly as we'd hoped, we have been transitioned over night (was set for 12th) and our new system isn't recognising incoming calls.
We can call out and broadband is working, but cannot accept incoming calls.
Whilst we work to correct this, please use the following methods:
